What can I expect from the visits?
The general entrance to the Cathedral of Segovia includes the interior of the temple with its 22 chapels, choir with the organs of the Epistle and the Gospel or the ambulatory.
This ticket also allows you to discover other areas of what is the last Gothic cathedral built in Spain, such as the tiled floor (large open space outside), the Gothic cloister transferred stone by stone from the old cathedral, or the four exhibition halls containing pieces of great artistic and religious value: Santa Catalina Hall, Chapter Hall, Hall of Tapestries and Liturgical Ornaments and Hall of Paintings under the Cloister.
It includes a visit to the Episcopal Palace of Segovia, a three-minute walk from the Cathedral. In this space you can see a sample of gold work, sculpture and painting, as well as rooms where the bishop lived and carried out the institutional life. Other activities include a guided tour of the tower, the highest point from which to contemplate Segovia. A tour through four levels that includes a visit to the house where the bell ringer and his family lived or enjoy an immersive 3D video mapping in the Audiovisual Room.
Where do the visits take place?
These visits take place in the Cathedral of Segovia. Address: Calle Marqués del Arco, 1, 40001 Segovia. The entrance to the Cathedral includes a free visit to the Episcopal Palace of Segovia. Address: Pl. San Esteban, 13, 40003 Segovia.
What to know before coming?
- Visits are not admitted when liturgical acts are celebrated in the Cathedral and events in the Episcopal Palace.
- Free entrance to the church and Episcopal Palace is available on Sundays from 09:30 to 10:30. From April to September, on Sundays, from 09:00 to 10:00.

Are tours available all year round?
In 2025 the Cathedral will be closed on the following dates:
- January 1, 5 and 6.
- April 13 (Palm Sunday) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. closed in the morning except for the 10:30 a.m. tower pass.
- April 18 (Good Friday)
- April 20 (Resurrection Sunday) from 10:00 to 15:00
- June 22nd (Corpus Christi) from 10:00 to 15:00
- September 28 (Feast of the Fuenscisla) with time restrictions
- October 25 (San Frutos) from 10:00 to 14:00
- December 24, 25 and 31.
How long does the visit last?
The guided visits to the Cathedral, Tower, Stained Glass and Episcopal Palace have an approximate duration of 1 hour each. The pack of guided visits to the Cathedral and Tower, one hour each visit, two hours in total. The general admission to the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace allows the tour on your own, with a maximum time of 9 hours.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase on site?
Drinks are available for purchase at the Episcopal Palace. Consumption of beverages or food is prohibited in the Cathedral.
Is parking available?
Parking will not be available.
Will there be additional tour passes?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional dates or tour passes. Check Segovia Cathedral's official website and follow their social media for updates on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and times.
Is there Virtual Reality?
At the Episcopal Palace, during the Escape Room ‘El otro lado del Palacio’, there is a mixed reality experience. In the guided tour of the tower, in the Audiovisual Room, the first stop has an immersive video mapping with 3D recreations about the history of the Cathedral and the tower. In the Santa Catalina Room, an audiovisual is shown that tells the story of Infante Don Pedro and includes recreations of the Alcazar of Segovia at the end of the 14th century.
Is there a dress code?
Both in the visit to the Cathedral and in the Episcopal Palace it is recommended to dress respectfully, especially in the temple, a sacred space.
Will there be products for sale?
The official store of the Cathedral is located in the Episcopal Palace. Exclusive products related to the artistic and religious heritage of the Episcopal Palace and the Cathedral of Segovia are available. In the store, and for the purchase of tickets for all the tours offered -including the Escape Room-, cash and card payment is accepted.
Do the tours have free multimedia material?
During the visit to the Cathedral and the Epicopal Palace is made available:
- Physical and online downloadable brochure about the Cathedral of Segovia and the Episcopal Palace. Inside the brochure there is an interactive map, accessible both online and on paper, with artistic, historical and religious information of 32 areas of the temple.
- Free Apps. In the Cathedral you can download the app “Sala de Pintura Bajo Claustro”. For visitors to the tower, an app is available in five different languages: English, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese and Korean. In the Episcopal Palace, free app in Spanish, English, French, German and Italian to get to know all the exhibition halls and noble rooms.

- For changes or cancellations, please notify 24 hours in advance.
- For reservations paid online and cancelled before 24h in advance, we will offer a gift voucher redeemable in the following 180 days.
- A maximum of 3 changes per reservation will be accepted.
- No refund will be given in case of not having read or understood the conditions, rules or recommendations of each game, as well as in case of non-compliance with the orders of the members of the company.
- In the event that the number of people is less than the number of people booked, the online payment will not be refunded.
- In case the number of persons is higher, the difference can be paid upon arrival at the Palace. Please advise of changes as soon as possible.
- Please arrive 10 minutes in advance.
- Delays of up to 10 minutes will be deducted from the time of the experience.
- After 10 minutes from the start of the experience, we cannot guarantee entry, as the experience may overlap with the next one. In this case the experience will be considered cancelled without refund.
- For security reasons, people who are suspected of being intoxicated or in any other altered state that does not meet the necessary conditions for the activity to be carried out with guarantees of respect and safety, both for themselves and for other people or property, may be prevented from entering.
- Players must go to the restroom before the experience since, once inside, it will not be possible to leave until the end of the game.
- If any player wishes to leave the room early, it will not be possible to re-enter.
- Unless otherwise indicated, the use of cell phones, cameras or any kind of outside tools inside the room is forbidden. Everything necessary for is inside the room.
- Do not force, push, hit the scenery or electrical security systems.

Where can I get tickets?
On the official website of the Cathedral and the Palacio Episcopal. Also, through the Fever app -available on Google Play and the Apple Store, and on Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance to the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace?
There is a box office at the entrance to the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace. However, tickets may be sold out when you arrive at the Cathedral or the Episcopal Palace, especially with the guided tours or the Escape Room, so we recommend you book your tickets in advance. You can purchase tickets on the official website of the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace, and on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Are discounts available for these visits?
Reduced admission to the visit to the Cathedral and the Episcopal Palace, guided visit to the Cathedral, guided visit to the tower and guided visit to the Episcopal Palace is for retirees (over 65 years old), large families, students under 25 years old, disabled people with a degree of less than 65%, groups of more than 20 people and Segovians registered in the province. Segovians registered in the province have free access to the free visit to the Cathedral and Palace. Children under 8 years old and people with a disability over 65% have free access to all types of visits. Documentation will be requested at the ticket office to obtain the reductions in the rates.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
It is not necessary to print your ticket. It will be sent to your email via a QR code, which you will have to show at the ticket office of the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace. Additionally, you can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
I can't find my ticket, what should I do?
You can view your entry in the Fever app, under the entries section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed and what is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID number. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I make a group reservation?

ACCESSIBILITY
How much time in advance do I need to be at the Cathedral of Segovia?
It is advisable to be at the Segovia Cathedral and Episcopal Palace 15 minutes before the start of the guided tours or Escape Room.
Can I bring pets and are service dogs allowed?
Assistance dogs are allowed for people with disabilities.
Is the site accessible?
The Cathedral and the Episcopal Palace are accessible to the general public.
What is prohibited during the visit to the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace?
Eating, smoking or vaping inside the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace is prohibited.
Is the experience accessible to people with visual or hearing impairments?
The Cathedral and Episcopal Palace are accessible to everyone, except for the guided tour of the Cathedral tower which is done by spiral staircase.
Are chairs available and can I sit during the visits?
There are benches available in different areas of the Cathedral and Palace. On the guided tour of the tower, the first stop has chairs to view the immersive video mapping with 3D recreations.
Will there be restrooms available on site?
Restrooms are only available at the Episcopal Palace.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Photos and videos are allowed inside the enclosure if they are taken without flash.
Where can I inquire about lost and found?
If you have lost any personal belongings during the visit to the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace we recommend asking the staff at the ticket office.
Is a checkroom available?
This place does not have a checkroom.
Is there an age requirement?
The visit is recommended for all ages in the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace. In the Escape Room at the Episcopal Palace, the minimum age is 12, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Will there be an audio guide?
The guided tour of the Cathedral tower includes a downloadable audio guide in the following languages (English, French, German, Portuguese, Korean, Chinese). Ask the staff for it! Also, the app of the Sala de Pintura Bajo Claustro is available for Android and IOS.
In the Episcopal Palace there is a free audio guide in Spanish, English, French, German and Italian.
